I gotta common boa that I bought from a pet store n I didn't know Much about snakes then but after I bought him I start doin my research.....shortly after that I found out he had mites so I did what was needed to get rid of them.he still has some loose skin on him n I wanted to know if that could be treated or is there anything I can do to get rid of it or turn that loose skin into muscle.
I still feel dat he is not healthy because he isn't very active he just find one spot n usually chills there for a while but he has no problem keepin his food down or nothin he just feels like I can feel the inside of his body when I hold him.he is very strong but I feel he should have more muscle on his body and everytime I pick him up he squirms around til his whole body is supported even when I'm holding him tight with both hands is dat normal?like when I watch other snake videos they can control their boas body but mines does what he wanna do.he is not mean n he is very calm I just feel like the pet store I bought him from was not doin a good job of takin care of him n I just had to Get him out of that environment n now that I have him I wanna do everything I can to get him n the best condition possible.I can post pics or videos anything that will help to Get an idea of what I'm talkin about just let me know......he mines now n I wanna treat him with the proper care so I will leave my e mail.......missouri4500@yahoo I'm Brandon n I need a lot of help wit this one so I would really appreciate any advice offered.he's about 3 feet n I only have a 10 gallon tank n a 50 gallon fish tank available for him rite now but I'm willing to make the best of it n I said that to let u know his current environment if it would help any.
