How can I turn the Microphone volume up on my motorola h700 bluetooth headset?

The mic works since I can blow into the mic and get a sound. It seems that I have too yell to get any sound to be picked up. As far as everthing else, it seems to work fine. When it is on my ear it doesn't pick up the sound of my voice.
