How can i unlock a blackberry bold 9900 online? How much does it cost?

Just wondering what are the steps to unlock blackberry bold 9900. Can i do this for free or do i have to pay for the unlocking. The guys in my local area charge $25 for this and i think its too much.
 
you can also get the unlock code for Blackberry Phones at here Classicunlocking.com/blackberry-9900/rs17wp9/ and Unlock it from network lock.....I have unlocked my Blackberry easily using the unlock code at here....This is latest Blackberry Model so you cannot get low cost Unlock code...You can check the price details here .
