How can I unlock my samsung sch-r360?

I bought it without a battery&when I finally got a battery I found out the previous owner had a lock on it. That persons in jail. How can I get past the lock code without having to take it to a metro pcs store?

First you should obtain the discover value after then following my steps, 1) Modify ON your mobile cellphone with a not Accepted SIM Cards, 2) Phone will ask for "Network Password", 3) You can now get into the Unlock Code we provide to you, 4) Your New new samsung is now exposed.
