How can I Unlock sim card?

ok well my phone broke and now i am using my dads old razor at&t phone or cingular. And i have tmobile and i put my sim card in and its asking for the subsidy code.

if anybody can call at&t cause i only have the phone that is asking for the code. If you can please call and get the code for me if you need the code on the back on the phone just email this one:

Your razr mobile is locked with network provider.So you can not use the other network provider..You can get this subsidy code from your network provider or your may get it from online providers like Wickedunlock.com .They will help you to unlock your mobile easily. I unlocked my mobile using this provider.
