How can i unpack Torrents???

Forgive me if I've misunderstood your question, but...
When you download a torrent file, it doesn't actually contain the file(s) you're looking for (which explains why they're so small). Instead, they merely contain information that lets your BitTorrent application of choice find other computer users that already have the file(s), then connect to those computers to download them. Only once everything has finished downloading can you get at it. Hope that helps (and that, y'know, that was what you meant)!

rars / zipped = winrar or the like
isos = isobuster or similar
