How can I use my Iphone's internet on my apple notebook?

What other cheap or free options are there to have internet on my notebook when I travel? I do have cable internet at home but I need internet on my notebook when I go to different places. I do have internet on my Iphone but the screen is way too small, I would rather use that internet connection on my notebook. Is that possible?

Not yet, but I heard on the apple boards on the IGN forums that apple is either working on this or thinking about it. It may be an update, you may need to buy the next iphone. Its called tethering. It may one day be possible, but not yet, legally.

You may be able to find a mod/hack somewhere to be able to do it.
