How can i watch Adventure time episodes early?

I seen on youtube how people posted the episode "Adventure Time With Fionna And Cake" a few weeks early than its airdate. HOW DID THEY DO IT!?!? Why cant they do it with the rest of the episodes. And Where were they able to get the fionna and cake episode so early? Please replay
