How can I watch DVDRip.XviD-iKA files to watch a movie ?

The files I downloaded have file name like moviename.DVDRip.XviD-iKA.CD1.avi.001, what do I need to do to watch the movie ?
I have dowmloaded all the files , I know if it is a compressed file I can watch it using winrar or softwares like that but this is different , one file name is given below as example
eg : J-TOMurders.DVDRip.XviD-iKA.CD1.avi.001
 
It means you've downloaded a zipped file. Usually you will see several file name extensions like avi.001, 002, 003, etc. You need Winrar program to join the files together. Go to www.rarlab.com.
