This passage is from the prophetic book of 2 Esdras 2 Esdras Ch 6 19-21 19 And will begin to make inquisition of them, what they be that have hurt unjustly with their unrighteousness, and when the affliction of Sion shall be fulfilled; 20 And when the world, that shall begin to vanish away, shall be finished, then will I shew these tokens: the books shall be opened before the firmament, and they shall see all together: 21 And the children of a year old shall speak with their voices, the women with child shall bring forth untimely children of three or four months old, and they shall live, and be raised up. Is there any significance to this prophecy, which would have been impossible thousands of years ago but which now is with medical advances? Doesn't this passage prove the accuracy and truth of scriptural prophecy? Medical advances have progressed to the point that babies born 4 months premature have survived. Medical advances this century will allow for this prophecy to be fulfilled It is part of the Bible. Just because you are using the wrong canon doesn't mean it is not biblical. All Orthodox churches recognize it as canonical. It is not my fault if you use the wrong Bible.
