How can Stagehd.com offer divx videos faster then stage6.com did?

I was browsing the internet for high quality video hosts and found http://stagehd.com .. when I clicked a video it loaded very quick almost faster then stage6.com did.

How can they do this? What kind of connection would it require? Please check the site to see for yourself and get back to me.
