How can you check whether your ipad is original?

If you buy an ipad in internet (or even in the store) how can you check that it is original (i mean, there are lots of fakes and you can never be sure....)

I had this problem a few months back after purchasing an ipad in the inner city. What you need to do is:

1. Smash the screen with a hammer
2. Rip out every wire you see underneath the screen
3. Underneath all that shinianigans there will be a chip that will say "original"

**if there is no chip that says that. you do not have an original ipad.
