How can you do a hard reset on the LG Rumor Phone (cdma)?

I have an LG rumor (lx260) from Solo mobile (CDMA). I forgot what I used as the picture lock code because I was using my Rogers cell phone for awhile. I went to do a master reset and its asking me for the code like this - ????

I tried 4 zeros and the last 4 digits of the phone with no luck.

How the heck do i wipe this phone with a hard reset? I dont want to have to take time off tmrw to go to Solo when I can do it myself for free.

Anyone?
 
I have a virgin mobile LG Optimus Elite and it keeps going off and on by it self how can I do a hard rest on this phone. Rose
