How come gangstar isnt on the droid eris marketplace but its on the moto droid

marketplace? ive seen videos of it on the moto droid marketplace. doesnt the droid eris and moto droid have the same marketplace if not were can i get gangstar for eris or if i cant if there is any grand theft auto games for eris
i mean ive seen videos of the moto droid playing gangstar
