If you are trying to delete an app that originally came on the iPad then you will not be able to do so. If you have personally downloaded an app then you should hold the app until it jiggles and hit the red line that appears in the left corner. If the device restarts like you say it does try it a couple more times and if it still doesn't work then you should take it to the apple store!</p></blockquote><p></p>
