How come "Mind Games" is on Alf Seasons 3 and 4?

I got Alf Seasons 3 and 4 on DVD. On Disc 4 of Season 3, the episode "Mind Games" is on it. Well, then I put in Disc 1 of Season 4 and "Mind Games" was also on that disc. I also have the feeling that all the episodes are out of order because I compared the episodes list from the DVDs to an online episode list. What the hell is wrong with this DVD? Does anyone else have this problem?
