This does not just apply in high school, I've seen it even in my age range (mid 20's) ..... I went to the restaurant HOOTERS a while back with a guy that looked like a hairy version of uncle Fester, but he acted like a pr|ck and even the sexi Hooters waitress couldn't resist him (and she easily could get just about any dude she wanted)
