How come on tmobile.com?...?

im trying to get internet on my sidekick but when i try to change the plan it says no internet plans are compatible with your device.. when i chose the sidekick lx for my profile..

help please !!
 
Try signing out of myt-mobile.com and signing back on.
I dont think you can do it on your phone though.
