I know its a little stupid to use yahoo answers for this, but oh well, I might just as well.
I participated in the youth essay competition for the commonwealth this year, and looking at the list of prizes in my region and category, they reported that no essay was sent from my country.
how is that possible? Its not that i'm mad for not winning, that was predicable, but they reported that no essays in my category from my country were not even considered for judging. And i'm 300% sure i'm not the only one who participated, even in my class, there are 10 students! I reckoned i might have done an error in registering, but isn't it just too big a coincidence that all of us would have failed in filling up the entry form??
so my question is, did our essays disappear, or was there simply something wrong from our side?
