how come when you have sex in your dream the sensation feels real?

have you ever had sex in your dream if you have you probably know it feel somewhere near real life sex but im asking why why does it feel so real are you jerking in real life or something why does it feel real i know about lucid dreaming i just want to know why it feels real
 
Dreams can be powerful and seem so real. Seems they get better when one is over tired at least for me. damn if I don't wake at the wrong moment not always sexual
 
Well from what I think its because your body will start feeling sexual urges because of what your dreaming. Things like your heart rate will probably go up and sometime you might end up sweating like if you were truly having sex.
 
well i dont no if your are male or female but boys have wet dreams ... and girls welll...#### me ive had what you just spoke about.. hee hee.. my other friends have said the same too.. you dream about what you think about so why not sex? and its as real as.. as real i suppose
 
Actually the sensation is coming from the real life state while dreaming about sex.

The person dreaming will be having his / her genital area rubbed with his own body parts or pillow or blankets while dreaming, and thus the sensation is obtained..

But in the dream you will be seeing the wildest thing with your bf or gf..,
