how could i combine these to make a history/sci-fi plot?

i have some original ideas i want to write about and can easily make characters and atmosphere for, but i just dont know how to combine the ideas to make a flowing plotline. here are the ideas:

- 14th century england, ravaged by plague, filth horror and unrest
- an undercover evil group of surgeons experimenting an torturing people for unknown reasons, lie an upper class to other ignorant people
- religious or elemental faith in the zodiac, by that i mean like finding the soul of aquarious out of a plague victim lets the surgeons have the artefact that grants them water power for destruction or something
- a belief for the devil himself?
- a quest involving alchemy and brutal gore

im not asking for u to writ ethe plot - thats lazy. but out of interest would these combine well or am i doing this all wrong. HELP PLEASE

This ,in my opinion, would be a hard plot to combine, but if written well could become a very interesting story.
I personally think it is a very good idea & it seems you've thought very hard about it.
It is different from any story idea i've ever heard of & i think it would become a fantastic story.
Good luck writing it.
