How did my tire become unbalanced on my truck? and is it unbalanced or something...

...else? my Friend told me that my tire on my chevy s-10 was unbalanced. It feels like i have a mini flat tire in the way that it bounces. and how did it become unbalanced? was it because i just had a rim replaced in the back left end of my truck and it is the back right end that is unbalanced

it might be that you have mud or snow in your rims. try taking it to the car wash and get under and pressure wash the inside of the rims. if not take it to a tire shop.
