It just doesn't make any sense to me.......you need an ESN serial number to activate a phone, if I'm not mistaken, and to get that number you must look under the battery. I don't think Sprint does that, because it wouldn't be very efficient, so again, what is the process that Sprint does to pre-activate phones that are ordered?</blockquote>
