How do find the Blackberry Download app that sin't showing up on my apps?

PEOPLE PLEASE INTERVENE AND STEAL AS MANY QURANS THAT TERRY JONES HAS STOCKPILED TO BURN ON 9/11?
It is the only way to diffuse the situation and prevent the deaths of many many people. Steal as many of the stockpiled Korans as possible and redistribute them through ebay or hide them so that pastor Terry cannot burn them.

We are on General Petraeus's side and do not want to allow Terry to stir up Islamic extremists. Steal their stockpiles of Korans and soak their stockpiled wood with water so they cannot start a fire.

You are a military hero for saving people's lives in this peaceful mission!
 
I downloaded the Blackberry App Download tool from the blackberry website and now I can't find it on my phone. However, if I go to download it again my phone says I already have this application. Where would it be? I've searched in the applications folder and the downloads folder and it's not in either.
