How do I add mingle forum to wordpress self hosted website?

I added the mingle forum plugin to my wordpress website. Problem is it doesnt show up on the website. Is there something I need to do in order to get it on my website?
 
Did you follow instructions? Specifically, # 3:

1. Upload 'mingle.zip' to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory

2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

3. Create a page for "Activity", "Profile", "Profile Settings", "Friends", "Friend Requests" and "Directory" -- and then configure mingle to use them in the Mingle menu.
