How do i apply cheats in the NITENDO DS EMMULATOR for pc i.e.No$gba?

I downloaded the emmulator and i am currently playing the game 'Dragon ball-Origins'
how can i apply the cheats of this game in the emmulator.
Please help me and could u if possible give me this GAMES SAVED FILES and tell me how to defeat a MONSTER CARROT in the game
