How Do I block A number on Telus Mobility?

I'm In Canada. I need to block this kid i used to go to school with. He won't stop calling me, and his phone accidentally turns on and he doesn't know, and I've told him to stop, and He just doesn't take me off his contact list. Is there anything I can do to block his number, or not let him call my house?
 
Some phones have an option called a rejection list. It would be under call settings if you have this option. You would simply add the number to the rejection list and the call wouldn't go through. Actually the caller just goes straight to voice mail.

If you do not have the rejection list, then assign a silent ringtone to the person. That way the person calls, you won't hear them calling. You can just ignore the call.

You also change your number if you wish to go that far. You also tell the person that every call is now being forward to the police. That should hopefully scare them and then they would stop!
 
call the phone company
they might be able to block it
but seeing how its a landline they might not be able too
