how do i bluetooth with a razor to another razor?

i have been trying to do this for a while but i couldnt find out my freind to it to me all the time but i cant do it with my sister so how do u do it we both have razors and where both u.s. cellure
 
Now lets see you want Blue teeth from a razor and then you want to give your sister one who also uses razor ...Tell me are you all rednecks or just lke to keep it in the family J/K

maybe your razor is no good, try gillette - it's ' the best a man can get ' don't ya know?
