How do I buy a Runescape membership with a VanillaMasterCard ? (Vanilla Master Card) (It's a prepaid card. You buy it and it's like a gift card which you can spend it on things you want) (I'm buying one with $20.00)

Please tell me all the steps.
And someone also told me I had to register at the website ... Im not sure what that's about. Please teach me ... all the steps that I have to do with the VanillaMasterCard to get my Runescape Membership. For example:

1. Register
2. Go to Runescape.com
3. Upgrade
4. Choose payment
5. Fill out information and confirm

Even though that may be sort of how you do it ... please tell me specifically. Cause I'm not %100 sure about anything.
