I need help ASAP. It's 9:45PM and Telus is closed. I need to cancel my mom's phone online because her friend bought it off her and then I need to transfer her number to my mom's phone. I know how to do it but I don't know how to deactivate the handset. I suspended the handset but it says the handset is in use so I don't know how I can deactivate. Help! What do I do?
