How do I change my information on Google+ App for Android?

I have just recently downloaded Google+ app on Android and when I went to "About" I was horrified to find that my home address (albeit an old address) was available as well as an old e-mail that is no longer in use. So far, I see no way to change this information on the app itself and heading over to the google+ website on a computer does not show the home address at all. What's going on?
 
Go to https://plus.google.com/u/0/settings . You will see various options which you can change. Also make sure you set the privacy options correctly for max security.
