How do I change the audio/subtitles of divx files?

A friend gave me a CD with a big DivX file on it. I don't have any experience with .divx files. He said there's several audio tracks (languages) and subtitles in the file. Because I have Xvid, I can simply open the file with Windows Media Player and it plays fine. However, it chooses the audio track and no subtitles. How do I change the audio track and turn on the subtitles I want? Thanks a lot.
