How do I change the device id on my smartphone.?

I have a Sony Xperia Tipo and i need to change the device id as safely as possible.
I been banned from an app by error and the company is refusing to unban me and wont give me a reason. if i change my id i will be able to use the app again. i dont care if i format my phone in the process. i dont want to brick it. Im not buying another phone or paying for it to be done. i need a simple tutorial on how to do it. either by linking it to a source or writing the tutorial. thanks

If you mean the phones serial number, aka IMEI, you don't. It is part of your phone forever.
