How do I change the language on my Blackberry Pearl 8100?

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100, but it came in Spanish as I work in Mexico. As I dont speak Spanish, I would like to know how to change it to English. Any help would really really be appreciated.
 
Learn spanish , it will be faster than changing the language. Lolz sorry jus kidding.
