How do i change the message alert tone for a motorola v3?

I feel like i have looked everywhere on my phone, but i still cant find a way to change my message alert tone.

I got a new tone i want change it to.

So how do i change it to that?
 
make free ringtones from

Ventones

and they send it to you in a text message.
check out their help section. Shows you how to change the tones for most phones

on some phones, you can't change the message alert tone, so you might be out of luck
