How do I come out to my parents and family about being bisexual?

I want to come out to my mom but idk how to Im kind of scared, I tried putting on my myspace that I was bi but when she saw it and asked me about it, I just said "oh, it was a mistake" im 13 and i'm scared, idk how to do this, someone please help me.
