This guy interrupts my counsel when she is trying to make a point, undermines her credibility at every opportunity and when she is about to get a significant admission from a witness, he stops her and says `move on`.
Also if she asks a question and the witness is avoiding answering, he makes out she was wrong to ask, even if it is critical.
I have been to dozens of tribunals and never seen anything like this, who do I complain to and how?
