I am a relief warden at a housing association block of flats, and another warden here is continually leaving a tennant in charge during his shifts. I emailed my line manager about this months ago, but nothing seems to have been done and this man is still covering for his warden friend. Doing shifts that I should be covering. I have been interviewed and police checked for this job, yet a member of the public is being given my job!! My housing association don't seem to care about the wardening situation here and my emails have gone unanswered a few times. I feel helpless as the Warden in question is more senior than me, and he has never discussed the situation with me, depite me making several complaints to the management. Is there a housing association agency I can contact?
