How do I complain to Jet 2?

I have just arrived back from benidorm with jet 2. Very bad flight both ways delayed for 6 and a half hours going to alicante because air traffic control in france was on strike. Jet 2 never kept us informed of anything. Hen party was on our flight lifting there tops up, really drunk when we did start to board one of them 40 something yr old said 'i'm f**ing steaming' couldnt find her passport held the qeue up for about 10 mins without telling her to take a seat and lettng everone board first. all were very drunk pilot said 'everyone knows it is an offence to be drunk on an aircraft' but still didn't do anything about it. I wouldnt mind but I paid a LOT for the holiday, so I think his matter needs to be raised. Not a fussy person but nobody deserves that. Does anyone know contact address/email address for Jet 2 ??
