how do i connect my bluetooth device on toshiba bluetooth stack on my toshiba...

...notebook? it says to plug in my device it is my sprint fusic cell phone and i dont no how to plug it in. or is there a better free program to manage my bluetooth?
 
I doubt this will help but when i got my toshiba notebook about a month ago it said i needed to install new bluetooth drivers from the toshiba website. I haven't downloaded anything yet nor have i tried to connect anything with bluetooth capability.. Maybe try to download some new drivers??
