...get a new personal email? My boyfriend bought me a used blackberry pearl off eBay. I want to set up the personal blackberry email account, but when I go to punch in the PIN and MSI number online (or on the phone), I get a message saying that the PIN is already registered. So I sign in with the login and password that the seller provided with the phone, to cancel his account, but then I get a message saying that his account is suspended and needs to contact a system administrator.
So I called AT&T and told them about the situation, and they told me that that's something that needs to be dealt with blackberry because AT&T isn't the actual email provider. He gave me blackberry's website, but I can't find anything to contact someone to ask them for help.
Anyone out there know what I can do????? Thanks!!!!
