The recipe included with the slow cooker states to the dice veges and place the seasoned roast on top of the veges in cooker. Then add 1/4 cup of beef broth. The broth does even cover the veges entireely and doesn't touch the roast. Is this enough liquid? Do I add more water? How much of the roast should be covered? Thanks
