How do I copy address book onto my sim card on a blackberry curve 8520?

I'm getting a new phone soon and as I keeping the sim, i want to save all of my existing contacts onto my sim card, so when i swap it over to my new phone (not a blackberry) they will all be there. What is the fastest way to do this?
