I'm not sure about your particular digital photo frame, but this is typically how it should work:Connect your frame to the USB port of your computer using the USB cable.Turn on the power for the frame. You'll get a notification in the system tray of your computer saying that it's detected some sort of USB mass storage device. You should then be able to open up Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and browse to the frame as if it were another hard drive. That is, you should see the frame as a new drive letter (maybe E: if your computer has a CD or DVD drive mounted in it). Then all you do is drag & drop your pictures from your computer's drive to the frame's "drive."If that doesn't work, them most digital photo frames support flash memory cards, like SD (secure digital) or CF (compact flash) cards. Those cards are commonly used in digital cameras, and you can get a card reader from Frys or Best Buy (or any other computer accessories store) for about $20. Get a memory card (those are pretty cheap as well for 2GB) and copy your pics onto the memory card. Then take the card and insert it into the correct slot on your frame. When you turn the power on, the frame will automatically detect the card and read off of it. This is probably the easiest way to go.
