How do I counter-attack cheating on voting polls?

There is a poll going on on a web site that I know they are stacking votes. Last night we wer'e ahead by 800 votes and now they are up by 4000! There is something very fishy going on, and does anyone know what it is they are doing and is there something we can do to counter this? you can vote as many times as you want, but still...they must be using some automated voting software that continuously keeps voting when no one really is.
