I had set parental controls on my tv, but back then I owned a different remote. I tried to disable the parental controls, and it said to press the "info" button. I searched my remote, but found no info button. I also don't know the model of my remote or receiver. My remote looks like the RCA universal remote, but smaller. thanks!
