How do I download Need for Speed Shift HD on Symbian^3 in America?

How do I download it here in America? It says that the download is unavailable for my country. Is there any way I can download it other than from the ovi store. I really want this game... Please help.
P.S: My phone is a Nokia N8 with Symbian^3.

Gaaah!!! I totally envy you. I really really *really* want a Nokia N8.

The only option I see outside of Ovi is a file sharing site. There are some links posted here:

Sorry I can't verify their authenticity for you, you know...seeing as how I don't (YET!!!) have this phone.
