how do i fabricate drop brackets for a snowmobile?

i have a 79 ski doo and want to lift the rear suspension to make it look better with spending little money. how can i custom fabricate drop brackets? and what else do i have to do to it i heard u have to drop the front of the track too. how do i do that? do i just make 2 more drop brackets?
