Nissan sent me a recall notice advising me to schedule an appointment for inspection of the master cylinder. I called to schedule an appointment and asked about a loaner vehicle to get to and from work. The service department told me Nissan does not provide loaner vehicles for recalls. WTH? I asked for the manager. The manager told me the inspection only takes an hour and they do not provide a loaner vehicle to customers unless they have to keep your car for the day. Okay, but that's still an hour of my day that I have to take time off from work and it never takes just an hour like they tell you. Also, Saturdays are out of the question. I made an appointment on a Saturday for another service issue before and it turns out they schedule appointments for everyone, yet you still have to wait until they get to you. I told them on a Saturday that I had an appointment and was told that everyone does. So their appointment process is pointless. I called the receptionist and asked for their corporate number and got the run around. She told me they are their own corporate. She said that particular deealership is not owned by Nissan. I'm not stupid. It does not matter who owns the dealership, you are still representing Nissan and if I have a complaint I can go above and beyond your dealership. Anyone know if I can file a complaint online? Who to send it to? Or a phone #?
