How do I find out what plans i have Will this VZ-Access Manager cost anything...

...if i dont have internet? My dad set up the plans and hes not really sure so how do i find out? And i dont have a data plan on my Lg dare but the Cd it came with had a VZ-Access Manager and it said something about hooking up my phone with wireless internet? Will that stop the internet in my house? Will i have to pay for it?
